The F&H Group is Scandinavia's largest hardware wholesaler. Every day they update their total inventory with new products. A new variant, new collection, new design. In total, there are over eight thousand different SKUs that sellers need to be up to date with.

How would you communicate this information to salespeople so they can include new products in their presentations?

For some companies, this part means heavy administration work, but the answer is straightforward for F&H employees. They have had nVision mobile from nSales since 2012. This means they have a visual platform that brings together all items from day to day.

"It makes a huge difference for our salespeople," says B2C Manager Morten G. Hansen. "They can't do without the system, and if it doesn't work once in a while there is an outcry. It has become their main sales tool"

We used to drive around with catalogs and handheld terminals. "Salespeople had to carry heavy catalogs, which they then flipped through with the customer. This has now been reduced to a minimum of catalogs when we can show collections and products via the iPad instead. It has also resulted in good savings on our printed matter," says Morten with a smile. F&H uses nVision mobile in their sales, which provides a virtual showroom where they can categorize and showcase their products. The platform is updated every single day without exception, so salespeople can always see and be updated on the latest products. All in one sales tool "If the customer calls for a quote instead, salespeople simply use their iPad to find the product and send a quote directly via nVision. At the same time, the salespeople are always updated on new items and products directly via nVision. If we create an item today, it will be on the iPad for the salespeople tomorrow, which they will see immediately because the new products will be at the top." Morten explains
