nSales A/S – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and nSales A/S (the “Company”).
By accessing or using nSales A/S’s software services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. acceptance of terms By using the Service, you accept all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. License Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
3. RestrictionsYou may not:
- Share, distribute or sublicense the Service to third parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or in a way that violates the rights of third parties.
4. Ownership All right, title and interest in and to the Service, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, belongs to nSales A/S.
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or any related software or technology.
5. Disclaimer The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
nSales A/S disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement of third party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, nSales A/S will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if nSales A/S has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated.
nSales A/S may terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach any part of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service.
8. Changes to the Agreement nSales A/S reserves the right to change or update this Agreement at any time.
Any change will become effective when the updated Agreement is posted on nSales A/S’s website or via the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Agreement.
9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to any conflict of laws rules.
